Customs Clearance:


IMPORT:

On import, we seek to carry out a specific analysis for each process, guiding our customers to comply with customs rules, the opportunities for cost reduction in operation and streamlined the process, comprises:

  • Customs clearance of the goods;
  • Orientation regarding the customs tax treatment;
  • Analysis of import documents prior to shipment from copies supplied by the client;
  • Preparation of LI (import permit) and followed by the ANVISA, DECEX, MAPA, IBAMA and other agencies consenting;
  • Pre-calculation of cash and early forecast, with items itemized separately;
  • Verification of general cargo, requesting or not official surveys in the case of faults or malfunctions, according to opinion of the importer;
  • Registration with the Siscomex import declaration (DI) or Simplified Import Declaration (DSI) drawn up in accordance with the standards and requirements required by the customs legislation in force, directing the debits of taxes and fees provided for in current account to be determined by the importer;
  • Filing by the Irs and other regulatory agencies involved;
  • Payment of taxes and/or fees due;
  • Monitoring the physical Conference merchandise during the customs clearance, in cases where the Parameterizing indicate necessity;
  • Delivery of the complete documentation for the transit of the goods properly released, to the carrier;
  • Termination of the proceeding with the submission of invoice services, along with a full report of any drive for Conference and control by the importer, as well as the original documents and receipts of nationalization of the goods;
  • Permanent Monitoring of all process progress through follow-up, to be made available via email;
  • Request for opening of Limited or unlimited RADAR

  • -Obtaining Ex-tariff
    -Import of used Material
    -Consulting on definitive change request of the Common external tariff
    -Consulting on temporary change request of Common external tariff

  • Preparation of study for reduction or suspension of VAT according to the NCM
  • Driver's license and Registration at ANVISA's Systems, MAP and other organs involved with foreign trade;
  • Goods Fiscal Classification (NCM – NCM) and consultation on tax classification of Goods (RFB);
  • Customs Transit (DTA);
  • Temporary admission/Bailey, Bonded Warehouses and customs warehouses/Special Import/blue line/REPETRO/REPEX);
